Twilight Pics

Well, my friend has this AWESOME twilight Magazine and she let me borrow it so i scanned the pictures I liked. These are just a few...theres like at least ten more. The actors , of course, look different in real life but you get the idea. Twilght is one of my passions so expect to hear about every once and awhile (but not too often). Im also writing a twilight sequel..haha. i know, totally dorky but I have great ideas so..why not put em on paper for others to enjoy? Anyways, hope you like the pics...the characters should get more familiar as you go down... Ill probably post the other ones later.

love much,

Aww... Sweet Life

well, this week has been slow...and sooo much fun. Well...actually, lol, the week was sooo sooo slow. It was school, what can I say? But my mamacita was SOOO nice and let me stay home friday because i was sick, had a cold, and I was sooo freakin tired. I couldn't keep my head on straight. Anyways, I still had to do chores all day. Thanks mom. haha. Anyway but Saturday made it alll better. I wasn't as sick anymore and I went out with ben, Paloma, and Roxie. We went and saw Marley and Me. Great movie. You should definitly go see it. I got all teary eyed but Roxie was the only one that actually cried lol haha. After that we went to mcdonalds and laughed as Roxie fell for Ben's sarcasm three times, haha, THREE times. lol It was great. i love hangin with ben and paloma. They are officially my new best friends. They are my life now. I'm the happiest when Im around them. They are so cute together too, although they're not officially "together". We plan on hangin at my house next weekend. We're gonna watch the Dark Knight (which Ben is obsessed with) and Indiana Jones. Itll be fun as always.

Anyways G2G,

Stake Conference

Today, Elder Bednar gave a talk in Stake Conference. It was awesome. The whole thing was. The Stake President called up to random people and they had no idea they were gonna have to speak. It was funny. One of the speakers was this girl from our ward, Lydia Jarman. She and her entire family are such amazing people. Elder Bednar was probably the first conference talk that I made it all the through without falling asleep. He was so powerful. And his wife was amazing as well. Today was a great Sunday. ANDDDD the Cardinals are playing the Eagles. Lets hope they win!! GOO CARDINALS!!!! WOOT WOOT!!!

A Doorway Has Been Opened

Well, Life is pretty much perfecto...for now. I'm happy as can be..but i don't think I'm showing it very well. Me, Paloma and Ben went and saw The Unborn last night. It was sooo much fun, but I kept my eyes closed half the time. Of course I freaked out when I got home and ended up sleeping on the couch but I do that whenever I watch a scary movie. It doesn't help that i actually had a dream about that movie last night but luckily it wasn't really a nightmare.

Anyways...

I can't explain how thankful I am for Seminary. If it wasn't for the three or four negative people in there, It would probably be a perfect 2 hours. One thing that I'm really thankful for is Paloma (I guess I should say person lol). She is such an example to me. This year has really brought us together. We talk all the time now. About everything and anything.

Anyways, today's just another boring Saturday..I'm hoping Paloma can come over later but we'll see.

all the love,

SleepOver!!!!

Well, another great Sunday. I was soo tired though because I slept over at Paloma's last night. We had so much fun. I went to her house at about 10 on Saturday to work on a world histroy project with our other friend Selena. We danced to music more then we worked but we got it done. (Her friend Andrew was over... He's sooo cute! =D but 17 =[ ) anyways...we got done about... 3 o clock and took Sena home. We spent time with Ben just dancin and messin around (Ben's awesome too) then watched two movies before goin to bed...which was about 12 o clock. I almost fell asleep in church but it was worth it. I sure do love Paloma, she's so cool =D.

well, lets hope this week of school is as great as the other ones I've had,

School, Crushes, and Teenage Idols

Well, school is back in session and I made up with my friends, for the most part. The guy I like asked me for my email address today =D. I have never been more giddy in my life! I'm pretty sure he likes me but I never can tell. If he doesn't like me then he's a HUGE flirt. We made skits for mutual today and it was soo much fun, but my friend couldn't go because of some family problems. I hope everything's okay. Grandma and Grandpa Pickett came over today and they just bought a new savannah cat. He is B-E-A-Utiful. And he is so calm and loving. Grandma also had to spend five hours in a chair while getting worked on dentally =O I could not do it. I would let my teeth rot and decay and fall out before I did that. She sure is brave. I guess my dentist says I have to have some dental surgery because one of my adult teeth didn't come all the way through and I'm not looking forward to that. Well, I've finshed Far World, the book I got from Charla, already and I read another book called Grace....I can't remember the author but it was from a series called The Christmas Box and it was sooo good. I almost cried, which is extreme for me. If you're wondering about the picture above I've suddenly become obsessed with this guy named ALex Evans. No I don't just think he's hot but he's 18,a college student, a BRILLIANT photographer (as you can see) and is the owner of a clothing line that he started when he was only 15. I'm a huge fan of his blog already and he just seems so real. He's not really celebrity type and answers all of his fan mail.

Anyway, gots to get to bed,

Haha Is It My Mission Already?

I bore my testimony in Young Women's today. I cannot believe how much my life has changed since Oct 12, 2008. I am gonna be a dorky mormon right now and just bear my testimony (again) but this time on Patriarctical Blessings. I have prayed more, cried more (in a spiritual sense), felt the spirit more, and grown to love my Heavenly Father more in the last three months just because of two pages of personal revelation. I can't stress enough how important this blessing is. If Your not a member and reading this, I can't not explain to you what the Gospel is to me. My friend once asked me "but what if you do all this just to find out it isn't true?" meaning everything I do every day just for my religion and if you think about it, nothing the LDS church asks harms you if you don't have a testimony or don't believe it. 1.Praying, without a testimony this seriously could just be a outlet for when your depressed or hurt or confused but I also know if you ask with "a mustard seed of faith" that someone is listening or soemone cares, you will get an answer. D&C 82:10 The Lord is bound when we obey. He asks us to pray and has told us he will answer...eventually. Don't expect an immediate answer but I know you will at least feel the spirit. Because the Lord has said He will answer when we pray, if we obey Him and pray He can't not answer. Do you understand that? He has to answer. If He doesn't (eventually) then everything else He has taught isn't worth crap. 2. The commandments or "rules" whatever you wanna call them. What harm is it to be a good person? All the commandments are saying is "Be a good person" Why is that so hard or unreasonable? 3. Tithing, ok Yes I can understand how hard giving up money can be if you don't have a testimony but its tax deductable. I can't think of anything else right now that sticks out that we, as a church, do differently except going to the temple. If you don't have a testimony, I'm sorry but this just isn't possible for you. The temple is a special privilege. I can't even go into the main part of the temple yet, but what goes on in the temple isn't harmful either. People attack the "Mormons" everyday when we are probably the nicest church out there. You can listen to them or you can listen to someone who lives it. I am always here to answer questions and if I can't answer them, I can sure find someone who can. Whew. So yeah, anyway, I start school again tommorow. SOOO excited. I know that sounds weird but I miss ghetto Ol' Kino.

Go Kolts!

My First Blog!!!

O my gosh, my mom is probably gonna kill me when she finds out I started a blog. Not to mention i created a blog before her so, aha! This should be soo much fun. Okay so first off, my love (that sounds soo weird) well, teenage girls almost always have crushes and i have too many but Love , for now, just means family. Especially since its still Christmas season, family is very important as it always should be. Life...is very good considering I just had a huge fight with a couple of friends. I have been very happy lately for almost no reason at all. I hope its showing. My (current) curse is having a kind of big secret and not being able to tell anyone. 1.Because I would probably look like an idiot if I told and 2.Because no one would believe me anyway. Well, this has been exciting, so far. Hopefully, this will be a way that family and friends can know how I'm doing. I love you all and knowing me, I'll probably be posting something new at least three times a week.

Much Love,

Kami
